Dr Choudry was very caring, he asked me all the right questions for my swollen and infected foot..explained what it could be, advised me to take extra antihistamine..keep foot allivated..and told me also to go straight to A& E if my swelling and rashes got worst.. he was very polite and was interested in me and my circumstances..congratulating me on my sons wedding..and providing me with a sick note l needed for work.. please try and keep Dr Choudry on at the centre. He will be a great asset for Ealing Park Health Centre.
